When we don’t know how to be assertive, we can show up as either passive or aggressive and then wonder why people aren’t responding to us, or why we aren’t getting what we want out of life.
An assertiveness challenge gives women permission to get out of their comfort zones and speak respectfully and confidently on their own behalf. Learning to be assertive isn’t only a benefit to the woman who practices, but her children, friends, and family also learn the worthiness of their own voices.
